-1 chai tea (black tea, cardamom, cinnamon, pepper) infused ice ball or ice cube
-twist of lemon as garnish
How to make
Make an infusion of hot chai tea and let it cool. Use the tea infusion to fill an ice mould and let it freeze.
Place a chai-tea infused ice cube at the bottom of a tulip-shaped glass and slowly pour in the B&D cognac to guarantee a spicy sip. Place the lemon garnish on top of the ice block and serve. This is how you make a rocked chai cocktail.
